The idea was to transform a huge house with a lot of unnecessary rooms into a modern, one-story house that would be in line with current trends.
That is why we made the second floor in the black color of clinker bricks, which made it invisible.
The first floor facades are made of natural travertine.
The height of the first floor is more than 5 meters, which allowed us to stylishly fit large panoramic windows.
