Initially, the apartment had 150 sqm of living area and 140 sqm terrace. We attached a part of the terrace to the living quarters during the reconstruction process. That’s why the total area of ​​the apartment is 260 sqm now.

It was designed in a modern style with classic elements. We managed to combine traditional techniques in decoration with modern upholstered and cabinet furniture. For example, there are a classic column in the living room, a medieval metal chandelier, and a modern kitchen at the same time.

The living room includes a soft area, a dining area, a spacious kitchen with an island and a small wine room.

The master bedroom has its own feature - an open plan.
