About project
Monsella is a sophisticated 1200 M2 villa on Pearl Jumeira Island. We have created a luxurious but, at the same time, seasoned and peaceful place for a family holiday during the comfortable, warm climate in Dubai. At the request of the client, we embodied an extraordinary design without sharp corners and filled the space around with water and greenery.
Concept
The team created a villa that resembles a flower in shape. The architecture concept of the villa has elegant asymmetrical lines, and transparent glazing, which completes the weightlessness of the monumental project. The facade is created in sandy shades that look natural in the subtropics of Dubai. The smooth shapes of the exterior flow smoothly into the interior of the house, where guests feel like the heroes of an oriental fairy tale.
